Consultation

This involves the analytical review of every room in your house. I will compile a precise and Detailed Analysis and To-Do list which includes a detailed room by room analysis outlining all issues that should be addressed for transformation.

Ottawa Homes Organized uses a proven system to evaluate your home's buyer appeal, both indoors and out. I will spend up to 2 hours at your home, walking from room to room, making notes to help prepare my detailed report of suggestions for “editing” the space, how to properly address the focal areas and make staging ideas to show your home in its best light! These improvements are often essential to the sale of your home.

As the homeowner you have the final say on the services you require. I can complete the staging for you, with my hourly rate being very competitive at $55, or you can follow the recommendations outlined within your Detailed Analysis at your own pace to prepare your home for the market.

Rest assured the money you spend on Staging is an investment; you can easily recoup this fee in the sale of your home. Many clients have increased their asking price once their home has been professionally staged.

I will re-arrange your belongings to create beautiful vignettes and maximize the visual appeal of the focal points in your rooms. This is a cost-effective and efficient solution as I will utilize as much of your pre-existing resources as possible to create an esthetically enticing space. Half or Full Day Interior Redesign

Did you just move in to a new home? Do you want a refreshing look for your existing home? Do you simply need a quick fix to make your house presentable on short notice? Are you about to sell your home? Give me a call. Staging is done during a pre-arranged time that is convenient for you. Without an initial Consultation you will save time and money as I will bring my supplies with those selling their current home and those dissatisfied with the functionality, esthetics, and decor in their existing home.

  • $349 (Half Day - maximum 4 hours)

Clutter Clearing

I REALLY love to organize and clear away a nice cluttered area…call me crazy, but I enjoy it. So, do you feel lost in chaos, stressed out or rundown? Are you feeling less productive than you could be? Are you surrounded by disorganized paper piles? Wouldn’t it feel great to walk into your home and feel a sense of ease and comfort knowing that your home is clutter-free and tidy, and that you have more time for “YOU” and your family? Are you on a budget? I often shop for my clients once they have completed a Staging Consultation with me. I know what potential buyers are looking for, what works well with regard to colour, scale and design. With a specified budget, I can purchase the items needed to optimally stage your home.

Don’t have time to shop? Don’t like to shop? Have trouble choosing colors or patterns? Don’t know where to shop for the best items at the most affordable prices to make your house a home? Call me for help. I love to shop and I know what works well together…soon you will too!
