Home Staging Services ~

We can provide optimal arrangement of furniture, artwork and collectibles, decor and color recommendations, show how to make creative use of lighting, area rugs, decor and more, show you how to make that WOW first impression , and provide you with a detailed checklist (49$ value) to use on the days that your home will be viewed. This helps ensure your home shows at its absolute best.

Elements such as colour, curb appeal, focal points, and functionality are covered. We will make suggestions for re-arranging your own belongings to create beautiful vignettes and maximize the visual appeal of the focal points in your rooms. This is a cost-effective and efficient solution as I will utilize as much of your pre-existing resources as possible to create an aesthetically enticing space. (This rate does not include furniture or accessory rentals.) 

Consultation

Ottawa Homes Organized uses a proven system to evaluate your home's buyer appeal, and will spend up to 2 hours in your home, walking from room to room, discussing how to showcase your rooms with you. This involves the analytical review of every space in your house. I will compile a precise Room by Room Analysis highlighting the Focal Points in each. We will also discuss any causes for concern or areas that may need to be addressed; this is designed to help aid in a successful resale. We will go over suggestions for “editing” the space and I will provide staging solutions to show your home in its best light!  

Rest assured the money you spend on Staging is an investment; you can easily recoup this fee in the sale of your home. It’s not unlikely for me to hear of homes selling in the first day, yup, the first day...that were staged. Many clients have sold their homes quickly, thus not making them have to do that nasty $10,000 price drop or continue paying a mortgage on a home they wish to sell!!!! Professionally staging is an investment!!!

Rates and Fees for Staging Consultations:

$159 - up to 2,000 sq.ft.  

$219 - 2,000 to 4,000 sq.ft.
